Reports of trees down and minor structural damage in Philipsburg and
Stormstown. A 74 mph gust reported at Penn State, albeit on top of the
Walker building which is probably 75 feet high. Two major radio stations
are still off the air as of 9am. Scattered power outages have been reported.
