Hidi-ho good neighbors. Greetings from the high desert of the mid Atlantic.
I left to come to the weather station at Reagan National Airport. When I left
the temperature was 82 degrees. It ties the record high for the month of
November and is the record high for the date. It is also the latest 80+ degree day
for the calendar year on record surpassing 82 degrees set on November 2, 1982.
The previous record high for this date was 77 degrees set in 1990. The record
high tied for the month of November was set on November 1 and 2, 1982. That
record was most likely broken today but I will only know when I return home
from the weather station. Until later.......................
