Here are some quotes from WTAJ-TV in Altoona:
"Tropical Storm Isabel is weakening as it speeds through Pennsylvania.
That's helping keep rain totals down, although violent wind gusts have
wreaked havoc across the state, knocking out power to 350-thousand
customers. Downed trees and power lines are reported across the state, with
Lancaster County reporting more than 100 fallen trees. In Philadelphia, a
58-year-old man was knocked unconscious and hospitalized after a sign blew
over and fell on him. Three other people were hurt by branches and flying
glass. Officials in Lower Merion Township in suburban Philadelphia report
more than 70 trees down in their area."
At this time, downed trees have been reported in the following counties:
INDIANA
LANCASTER
DAUPHIN
FAYETTE
JEFFERSON
WESTMORELAND
DELAWARE
