"Roofing employee Herman Hernandez Vasquez was working on the roof of 3631
Scioto Run Blvd. when he was struck by lightning.

The Columbus Dispatch reported Vasquez ... is the second employee of that
company to be killed by lightning in just under a year. Mateo Vazquez, 24,
died after being struck atop a Far East Side apartment complex on Aug. 19,
2002. "
