After Sunday's additional rains, the Akron Canton airport now reports
12.47" of rain for July, breaking a record that went back to 1926. I've
had 12.42" in my gauge. As it was last week, once again there are many
roads and basements flooded. Many areas in Stark, Summit & Portage
counties got 3 to 4 inches of additional rain Sunday.

Also, West Branch Reservoir reached an al time level yesterday. This is in
central Portage County. Water nearly reached the emergency spill ways.
