1630 Discussion has Moderate Risk moved back to cover ALL of
Pennsylvania. Charge up your equipment folks, it's going to be a long day.

35% chance large hail for N & W sections
45% chance for high winds statewide
15% tornado, 10% strong tornado for W sections

These are pretty good odds for our area.
