"INDIANAPOLIS -- Lightning from strong storms apparently damaged a few
structures in Indianapolis and Fishers Thursday evening, but no major
damage was reported in two east-central Indiana counties that may have seen
a tornado.

Members of the public reported a tornado over Parker City, in Randolph
County to the east of Munice, around 6 p.m., according to the weather service.

Around 6:20 p.m., the public reported seeing a tornado further east --
about 2 miles northwest of Union City, according to the weather service.

The Randolph County Sheriff's Department said the only report of damage it
received as of 6:55 p.m. was of a few downed trees near Lynn. State police
at 7:45 p.m. said they had reports of downed trees near Union City, which
is at the border with Ohio."
