Hidi-ho good neighbors. Greetings from what is left of the high desert of the
Mid Atlantic. The March winds are making their presence known here at my
homestead in the hills. At 10:10 PM today (Saturday) the wind gusted out of
the South at 59 mph. It is the second time this week that a wind gust has
exceeded 55 mph. It is closing in on midnight and the wind is still out of
the South at 40 gusting to 52. Day three with 50+ mph winds could be at my
door step............if my door step hasn't blown away yet. Numerous trees
are down but no wide spread power outages as of yet. The house is shaking. I
am too tired to walk through the neighborhood looking for my roof. {:0>}
