Lest we should forget, some of us are still experiencing dry
conditions, even though the drought level has been reduced. Here in
NW South Carolina, this station reported only 1.32" of rain for the
month of January. This was the driest January in the ten years I
have been keeping records in this neck of the woods. We are hoping
for beneficial rain this weekend from the SW storm that is in
California and Arizona this morning. Until then, from the
tumbleweeds of South Carolina, have a good day!
