Peak gust here *1 Mile N of Sterling* was 42MPH from the West. A heavy snow burst accompanied the winds falling at a rate near 3 inches per hour in some location producing whiteout conditions as a cold front is currently moving through the area. No reports of damage at this time but some power outages are expected later this evening due some icing on power lines.
