Hidi-ho good neighbors. Greetings from the high desert of the Mid Atlantic. I
will make this short. Yesterday (January 27) the max temperature "soared" to
16 degrees. It sets a new daily record for the lowest max surpassing 17
degrees set in 1987. The wind chill dipped to - 28 degrees and at 12:38 PM
the wind gusted out of the North at 43 mph. It was the eleventh day this
month I had a gust over 40 mph. Now I am looking forward to freezing rain,
sleet and snow to begin later this afternoon over my homestead in the hills.
I cried "uncle" a couple of weeks ago but I don't think God is listening.
