Hidi-ho good neighbors. Greetings from the high desert of the Mid Atlantic.
Just a quick note to say if anyone is selling land in south Florida I may be
in the market to buy it. {:0>} January can be brutal here at my homestead in
the hills. It is indeed quite cold. The wind chill at 9:29 this morning
(January 23) dipped to - 30 degrees. Brisk winds all day long with a gust of
43 mph at 10:56 am. The low was 2 degrees which fell short of the record for
this date of - 2 degrees set in 1978. The record low Max for this day did
fall. Today's Max was 15 degrees which surpasses the record low Max for this
date of 16 degrees set in 1978. It is now 6 PM with a temperature of 8
degrees and a wind chill temperature of - 24 degrees. I need long underwear
to wear under my long underwear. Until later.
