Wind Chill Advisories are in effect for a good 1/3 of the country today,
from North Dakota to Mississippi, and from New York to Maine.

Here at WeatherMatrix HQ in Central PA, our minimum wind chill has been
below zero for 10 days and as low as -25 on 1/17, a new record for this
station (1997-Pres).
