The National Weather Service has just received reports from members of the public of watherspouts offshore of St Petersburg Florida. There were also reports of waterspouts in Tampa Bay itself. Strong squall lines are moving into Tampa Bay area from the Gulf of Mexico as I write this email. There have already been wind gusts from 35 to 45 MPH here in Port Richey! To follow the progress of this storm and all other severe weather in the USA go to my website! Seasons Greetings!
