[STORMREPORTS] 2-Day Power Outage Ending For Parts of PA

E. Power Outage

(Allegheny Power, 3:01 p.m., 12/14/02) Approximately 1,800 additional power
customers in Westmoreland, Fayette, Washington, Elk and Cameron Counties
are without power as the result of the heavy snow on 12/13/02. It is
projected that power will be restored to the affected areas by 6:00 a.m.,
12/15/02. SEOC will follow-up.

Notifications: Public Utility Commission, Cameron, Elk, Fayette, Washington
and Westmoreland Counties and PEMA Western Regional Office
