We have had 0.25" of rain and the temperature has been holding steady at 38 degrees F since 7AM here in beautiful Rushtown, Northumberland Co. I couldn't help but notice on my trip up to Simpson, one of the motels along I-81 had a time & temp showing 42 degrees F. So much for the snow storm that wasn't. However, the creeks and streams are filled to the brim with the recent rain and the melting snow from storms past.
