[STORMREPORTS] 3rd noreaster of the season (NY)

Greetings,
     Although the wind has no arrived yet, here in
Baiting Hollow, the rain sure did. We had .70" of
rain overnight lastnight. While the low passed by, my
barometer bottomed out at 29.28" (991.7mb.) (the
lowest for the year is 29.21") and is still at
994.8mb. There have been some impressive wind reports
from bouys off the coast of Maine. One bouy has
reported winds of 52mph. gusting to 59mph., with
several bouys reporting sustained winds near 40mph.
Aside from the wind, the bouys have reported high
waves, some as high as 21'. Also the lowest pressure
I can find, in the vicinity of the low, is 28.99", so
its pretty strong.
     I'll report any high winds my station recieves
after the storm.
