It's a pleasant morning in Pasadena, Texas. Wind has backed to the east at
7-10MPH, and we're getting the moisture plume from Lili passing overhead
from the southeast. I note from the IR loops this morning that the plume is
streaming directly toward southeast Texas, not Louisiana, but I remain
hopeful that Lili will begin the turn today. Surface pressures are lower
down the coast to the southwest.
