At this time(7:05pmCT) not much going on in the city
of Houston...there is a rain band moving in from the
southeast at the present time--the first significant
rainfall all day.
Surfside Beach(65 miles south of Houston) at
6:30pm(23:30 GMT) reported a 50mph sustained wind
speed along with a heavy rain band moving thru the
area.
