Edouard was not much of a Tropical Storm. In fact it became a Depression long before it made it here to the West cosat of Florida. It's now just offshore of Citrus County moving towards the West Northwest in the Gulf of Mexico. It is not expected to increase in strength again before making landfall again in New Orleans. Be prepared though because anything is possible. Here in Port Richey Florida we had only a few light showers from Edouard and little wind. All and all not even really worth mentioning!
