Severe T-storm reached us in NE Cumberland Co around 530 EDT. Very
heavy rain and 1/4 " hail accompanied storm. As it drifted over to Perry Co.
NE of here, signs of rotation at base were becoming evident. A tornado
warning was issued for Perry County seconds later.
About 30 min. later, a tornado warning was issued for York Co., to our
south. Although too late to catch up to this one, we observed as it moved
from W to E, showing definite signs that it may indeed produce a tornado.
Still waiting on confirmation. This supercell showed a classic profile,
looking similar to what you would see in OK or KS.
Damage reports here were minimal, limited to some trees knocked down on
roadways.
