(From ABC Australia News)
Severe storms are causing problems across New South
Wales.
In the north-western town of Coonamble, north of
Dubbo, nine homes, a hotel and the scout hall have
been seriously damaged.
On the far south coast, the Kings highway near
Eurobodalla has been closed because of fallen trees.
The SES expects the road to be cleared by midnight.
The wild weather has also damaged homes at Bermagui on
the south coast.
Rick Stone from the State Emergency Service says the
storms started soon after lunch, with the trough line
moving right through the state from south to north.
