Winter goes out with a blast (San Jose Mercury News)

Spring may be two days away, but you wouldn't know it from Sunday's
weather, which featured snow, a tornado and the coldest daytime
temperatures ever recorded for the date in a number of Bay Area cities.

The snow dusted local hilltops and brought joy to skiers in the Sierra
Nevada. The tornado touched down near Dixon in Solano County, but
apparently did no harm.
