Well just another NON event. Forcasted for three plus inches, we
received les than one. Now New Jersey has joined Pa. as the Governor
today, declared the state in a drought emergency.
There is a theory floating around and I will throw it out for possible
discussion.
Is there a possibility that the weather is being tampered with, and if
so WHY?
