Well after the very warm spell we have had the last few weeks winter is definitely coming! Right now forecasters are predicting 6-12 inches of snow in Northern Illinois and Northeastern Iowa by Thursday evening with Ice accumulations around 1/2 inch by Wednesday evening. Then blowing snow will take place late Thursday and Thursday night. A Winter Storm Watch is in effect through Thursday evening throughout the area. Watch SnowMatrix for our reports around Thursday evening! Hopefully some of us can possibly squeeze out a snow day :)
Thanx
