[STORMREPORTS] Paris to flood again?

Parisian officials are becoming concerned that Paris may face the most
severe flooding since 1910. The Seine could inundate the national
parliament, the Musée d'Orsay, the Louvre, the national library, train
stations, and the finance ministry among others. 70% of the underground
transit system could be paralyzed, the economy would be devastated, 200,000
could loose power and 80,000 loose gas service. Currently, there is only a
low-urgency alert, but the ground is so saturated it wouldn't take
significant rainfall to cause a catastrophe.
