There is a MODERATE RISK Of Severe Thunderstorms Tuesday in the Central
Plains. We haven't seen a moderate risk for a while, due to the cooler
fall weather.
>From AccuWeather.com:
"The main threat from thunderstorms Tuesday will be damaging winds and
large hail, especially during the afternoon.
Conditions appear to be
favorable for some supercells, therefore a tornado or
two cannot be ruled
out. If you live in portions of the Plains, be
prepared to take shelter if
severe thunderstorms roll into your area. "
