After Wednesdays fierce storms in northern Illinois,
the warnings that were posted for Southern Boone and
Southern McHenry Counties in Northern Illinois were
within range of the Marengo Illinois Weather Tracker.
The storms did not do damage to the HQ or nearby.
Their was an impressive cloud and lightning display
from the windshield of the Marengo Weather Tracker's
Chase Vehicle # 10106.
There was windy conditions and heavy rain when the
Vehicle went out in the storm. Nothing that was to
bad. Just a beautiful cloud formations and a nice
worthy lightning display.
I missed most of the action because my camcorders
battery was dead.
