Tropical depression four has formed about 975 miles east of the Winward
Islands as of 11am AST Wednesday. The storm is forecast to strengthen and
could become Tropical Storm Chantal within about 24 hours. All interests
along the Lesser Antillies should monitor the progress of the storm, as it
is moving into more favorable conditions for rapid development.
