Widespread heavy rain is cuasing flooding in the greater Wash DC to MD's
eastern shore. Accu Weather Radar shows rain rates 1-2" per hour in many
locations. Current rates:

A Flash Flood Warning is in affect for 15 localities in VA, MD, inc.

Cloud Tops on the storms 6-8 miles high. A slow drift E to ENE is shown.
Here in western VA, only lighter rain is falling. Thuderstorms are
trying to form, and the front wont clear the area until Monday evening.
Airline traffic to Washington's 3 airports is also affected.
