Concerning the dewpoint in Reading, PA:
At about 12pm, Reading saw a shower which in return when the sun came out
produced lots of fog and haze, so I'd say that the 86 dewpoint could be
right considering the latest ob mentioned fog. They are definitley sultry
and in the soup. By the way, this makes a heat index of 123.
