Winchester VA
A sunny start & finish, but increasing FW cumulus covered the sky, to an
overcast or mostly cloudy coverage, from 10am - 3pm. A wide area of lake
effect snow was on radar in PA at noon, but failed to get much further
south than the PA Turnpike.
