IN NORTH CAROLINA...

              POWER WAS OUT ALONG THE PARKWAY. THE TEMPERATURE THIS
MORNING WAS
              20 DEGREES...WITH 29 INCHES OF SNOW IN THE LAST 24 HOURS.
SNOW
              DEPTH WAS 30 INCHES...WITH DRIFTS TO 6 FEET.
