Hi Folks!
IT'S SNOWING!!!!!!!!!!! Yipeeeeee!!!!
Looks like about a quarter inch is down right now--and is sticking to the
grass and cars and coming down at a good clip. Been snowing about a
half-hour so far. Picked up 1.5 inches of rain between last night and this
afternoon--if only it'd been snow!! We'd've had a foot or more by now.
<sigh> Wishful thinking. <Still ticked about getting gypped a couple of
weeks ago.>
They (the WX gurus) were saying 2-4 inches last night and this morning, but
they're now saying 3-6 inches. Wonder if it'll go up even more???
Barometer is falling (or rising up the spout of my old-timey barometer) and
is right now at 29.80 and the temp is 32 degrees--the magic number--down
from a high of 37 today.
To quote the old song, "...Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!" Sorry,
Jerry--gotta have some snow--looks like you'll be getting the lion's share
with this one, too!! :-)
Lynn--hubby just got back from Safeway, stocking up on low items, including
stuff for our Superbowl shindig next week. Go Ravens!!!
