As for the snow, we still have 4" on the ground. The roads are in good shape,just spotty snow and ice patches left. The NWS issued a Winter Storm Watch for Thursday and Thursday night for NE Georgia including the counties of Habersham and Rabun with 2" to 4" of snow expected. They expect it to be all snow in these counties. They are expecting 1" to 2" of accumulation elsewhere in North Ga, with no advisories or watches issued at this time.
