A little of a surprise, expected 1-2" has turned into at least 3" in the
county this morning here in Centre County, several bands of heavy snow
have snarled traffic in the area. A 5-car accident across from my house
(College & Struble) and a semi on a lightpole (College & Beaver), these
are the things I saw on my way to work this morning. School was not
cancelled, at least initially, because the buses were already out. It
was 14 last night, has risen to 19 this morning.
