Looks like we may be in for a frost and possibly another freeze tonight for
upstate NY. I didn't make a map, but it looks like most areas north of
albany, NY will have the best chance, with areas south having the lowest
chance. Temp is 42, which is about 2 degrees higher than last night, but if
it is around 39 around 8:00 or so, I am betting on a cold night again.
