Severe Thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm developed, progressed in strength, then died right over
Winder, Georgia ( a town located about 35 miles to the Northeast of Atlanta).
I live in this town and witnessed all of the before mention events unfold.
The storm had a Warning issued for about 30 minutes with it, and then another
warning was issued for another 30 minutes. The storm lasted for about an
hour and local rain gauges picked up about three (3) inches of rain within
this time frame. The storm produced an incredible lightning display, with
continuos cloud to ground bolts observed. Small hail and wind gusts to near
40 mph also occompanied the storm, particularly near its ending stage of life.
