Wow, thanks Jesse! The circulation is very distinct but so is the original
one back near the Florida coastline which is still drifting now more
south-southeasterly... The ramifications of redevelopment at 74W could also
include a further north latitude for landfall and an additional delay..
Originally the various tropical ensembles were bringing it inland by 48
hours from yesterday, this could delay that. SHIPS brought the unnamed
depression to 67 knots by 72 hours at the old position, will be interested
to see what it says this afternoon. Certainly anyone on the SC/NC coastline
should keep a close eye on this one.
Mike

Subject: [STORMREPORTS] New Circulation Off SE Coast!
According to AccuWeather Meteorologist Joe Bastardi at 10:30am, " Cloud
shots at 10:30 this Tuesday morning reveal a new center may be rapidly
forming under the strong convection near 27 north and 74 west. If this
takes over by pulling in the aforementioned low it has major
repercussions in that is in an area with very favorable outflow, further
out over the water meaning more time for intensification."
