CESAR Group Canada Watch Area Proprietary Investigation: CAI-18-0819-00 >
issuing a FINAL NOTICE 3B on the Low Pressure AK A Debbie to Jamaica and Storm
Alert members North of 18.0°N>70°W as of 1403 EDT 1603Z. Debbie is now a low
pressure system and continues to be influenced by strong vertical wind shear
and this shear will be an influence on CAI-18 strength and track. The
indications are that CAI-18 will track westerly then possibly enter the Gulf
of Mexico or into *Central America and to the Eastern Pacific. However, the
forward motion is slow and will continue to bring unsettled weather to the
region until the system breaks out of the present atmospheric environment.Our
Notice includes associated weather and NEMA Agencies should be aware of severe
weather that may initiate micro bursts or other weather anomalies including
high winds, heavy rain, flooding (Flash) and collateral damage from mud
slides. Tides are above normal Deviation> 4>+8mm.
