At about 7:40 am a line of extremely heavy thunderstorms moved through here in Buncombe county. Very heavy rain and very high, gusty stright line winds accompanied this storm system. In Candler about 5 miles west of the city of Asheville mobile homes were reported blown into each other and many trees down across the area. My max wind gust was 51 mph. Could see a redevelopment later this afternoon
