The storm is dealing with deeper cold air than the last storm. In fact more
snow is expected with this storm. I do think we will see in upstate ny a
pretty good snow event before ice and rain. In north jersey, expect rain but
the way this storm is you may see a brief dose of it as most of this precip
is warm air and cold air clashing.
