NWS in PGH says an inch or more of rain possible tonight, streams and creeks may have flooding and increased streamflow as a result of runoff from the rain and melting snowpack. Ice jams also possible. As of 21:23 moderately heavy rain is falling in Greensburg no est. on amount. Was in Clarion around noon today and they were receiving freezing rain which caused two dozen accidents before I lost count, most along I-80. Girlfriend was traveling west from Carlisle and reported no freezing rain or problems along PA Turnpike (approx time 17:00)
