This is Adam Nickas for the Mid-South Weather Team in Memphis. We are indeed
seeing some pretty intense storms that are creating some tornadoes. Severe
damage and injuries have been reported in East Arkansas and North
Mississippi. The storms are currently about to cross the river into Memphis.
They have lost most of their strength, but I expect them to regain stregnth
as they interact with the warm air we have here in the city. Here are some
current conditions:
3:00pm CST
Temp: 69
Humidity: 89%
Dewpoint: 66
