PA, 1999 Drought

                                        Jan Feb Mar
Apr May Jun Jul

Average monthly precip 2.54 2.64 3.56 3.41
3.67 3.92 3.52
Received each month 5.60 2.04 5.49 6.08
1.39 2.47 0.81

Data: Leaves falling from the trees, grass burnt beyond recovery this
year, water table in ponds, lakes, and streams way down.
Combined with last years drought, and the extreme heat this
year in south central PA we are facing a serious event.
