Let me tell you what folks, I was live witness to a high of 103 and an official heat index of 117 in Wilmington NC on Sunday. I think this was the most brutal weather that I have ever experienced! I was on the coast and didn't have a hygrometer or I might could have calculated an even higher heat index. It was brutal!
