Here in the city a a few snowflakes started around 9 a.m. this morning (3/14/9). It is 40 degrees at 11:52 a.m. (that's right!) and snowing very hard, but the snow is melting on the sidewalks and street. A little snow is laying on the grassy areas, trees and bushes, but it is what my Granddaddy used to called a "wet snow". The sky is looking heavier all the time, and if the temperature drops, we will have considerable accumulation.
